Ruby Tuesday

Another version of the Japanese Maple. I drove by this house earlier today and the beautiful red is gone, replaced with brown. It looked as sad as the rest of the trees and bushes throughout the neighborhood -- fall has definitely slipped into early winter.

  1. I have a beautiful Japanese maple in my front yard. One of my neighbors asked if he could take it with him when he moved to Mt Vernon! Starting January 1, I hope to chronicle its year in a Daily Photo blog.

  8. I love Japanese maples. That's the biggest bushiest one I've ever seen. Plenty of red there.
