Shadow Shot Sunday!


Time for Shadow Shot Sunday hosted by Tracy at Hey Harriet! Click on the icon, sign up and become addicted like the rest of us shadow hunters!!

We had sun this week, but it was also in the low 20s! The first two I spotted when I went out on our deck to break the ice on the dogs water bowl and I found this frosted shadow on the glass top of a table. It was so different and so lovely and I couldn't wait to get a shot, not knowing if it would photograph well or not. I think it did! Click on them to embiggen and see the patterns even better.

    I imagine that is is the intrepid photo artist hard at work chasing shadows. I think, anyway...Sam looks his canine self in his shadow. Always enjoy the glasswotk shadows, light, dark and color pleases the eye. The frosty tabletop is elegant looking in this frosty motif!

    That table top looks amazing all covered with lovely snow crystals. It reminds me of lace.
    I love the 'mystery shadow in the stairwell', Sylvia.
    ..hmmm that sounds like a good title for your next story.

    The pattern on the table reminds me of a peacocks tail, or perhaps it was the blue shadow that did it. Wonderful shots.

    Your frosted shadow is intriguing! Like a detailed "pen and ink" etching in ice. Very beautiful! And love the luminous blue shadow of the vase!

    Wonderful as always ... hard to choose a favorite but the shadow of Sam is pretty kewl as are the icy views. Loved your Pet Pride post (haven't played yet myself but hope to before the weekend ends) and your Evening Wisdom photos and quotes ... what AMAZINGLY beautiful views and wonderful thoughts you find to share ;-)
