Sky Watch Friday!

We had a "sky war" going on in our skies last evening! The gray against the blue, complete with "cloud monsters".

Some blue sky, some lovely clouds to begin with!

    WONDERFUL CLOUDS.....
    Children's eyes can explain us "grown ups" the meaning of their shapes and forms and where they are heading to and coming from.......( actually my boys explain me those "important details" always..)

    Beautiful, dynamic shots! The 5th one is my favorite, it looks like a gray cloud monster is making a glowing snowball. Happy New Year!

    Those are just beautiful shots. When the two come together it's like a meeting of the minds :) I love them. You know my friend, I've so enjoyed getting to know you through our blogs. I can't wait for my visit to Seattle to get to give you a big ole' Hawaiian hug. I so hope we do get to meet for lunch or something. I've told my mom and niece this is one thing I really want to do.     Lovely light and dark contrasts, the sun trying to get the upper hand. It was the same here, too, this AM.
    I do like the last one with the very dark foreground of
    trees!

    Hah, the dark grey monsters of the skies. The fight of Godzilla and Mozilla. Rumble in the skyjungle. The monster in the second one was perhaps the most impressive.
