I'm having to shut down my computer until next Tuesday when I can finally get the virus taken off my computer. I haven't deserted the blog, just can't afford to lose everything again.
Someone told me that there's all kinds of viruses and malware lurking in the mass-forwarded emails we all get, and since then I've told everyone who sends me one to take my email address straight off their list please. One of my nieces has never spoken to me again (what-ever) but I haven't had any virus trouble since then either. So maybe there's something to it?

Sorry to hear about the virus attack Sylvia, and that it's going to take so long to get it fixed.
I had a really nasty attack about this same time last year, it took me all day to get everything back to normal. After that I upgraded my antivirus program and have had no problems since.

Oh no, what a terrible shame. I can't stand that people feel inclined to develop such horrible things.
