I've had some problems signing into the SSS site, so forgive me if I show up twice!
My, how time flies! Whether we're having fun or not! I'm really not whining today, the weather is gorgeous -- now that we're not planning a camping trip, my back is feeling pretty good. The only problem now is the car is back in the shop and the bill is not pretty!! But I've managed to catch a few things for today!
too bad about the car.
ReplyDeleteglad to hear your back is feeling better.
enjoy your camping trip.
The table setting sits nicely in the sun - and the results of the tablescape, especially the stemware, leaves shadows to savor as we relax on your deck...
ReplyDeleteLove the mosaic...and each of those colored glass images is really lovely. Sorry about the car, but glad your back is better; have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI will enjoy the changing shadows arcoss the lawn of this beautiful, if hot, day.
ReplyDeleteI love colored glass. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteI always love your photos, Sylvia.
ReplyDeleteI loved your comment on my blog. It's true about the kids. We said the exact same thing about our two. Each child is so different even though they were raised in the same household. I guess we're all somewhat hardwired at birth... each of us different and special in our own ways.
Very nice collage, Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!
Those damn car bills ... grrrrr Beautiful shots my friend. I love the shadows. Glad your back is better :) Have a wonderful weekend :)
ReplyDeleteHello dear S!
ReplyDeleteIt's been a long long time, U never heard from me, though I been here checking your postings where I am far away from home.
Hope to catch U up as usual.

Enjoy your week-end.
At least I have found you - Mr Linky said Sweet Repose doesn't exist!! Glad the back is better and as for the car --- there is a classic scene from a British comedy (Fawlty Towers) where John Cleese beats his car with a branch - perhaps you could try that!! Oh - the shadow shots are good too!! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteLovely shadows and beautiful glass, Sylvia.
ReplyDeleteHope you will have a great weekend!
Happy SSS!

ReplyDeleteLovely! I'm still waiting for you to e-mail me that beautiful blue glass! I just love it '>)))) (Actually even if you could I wouldn't have room for it right now -- the roadtrek is full to bursting!)
ReplyDeletelove those colorful shadows!!
ReplyDeletegood to know your back is getting better!!
Hi Sylvia! I like how you created a collage out of your shadow pix.
ReplyDeleteAlso like the turtles moseying along in the sunshine.
I'd be disappointed if you didn't have any colored glass shadows in the collage..but you do!
Glad to read your back is better.
Hi Sylvia. Thanks so much for visiting my blog. What beautiful coloured shadows. Just stunning.
ReplyDeleteI so love what you do with shadows. Thank you, Sylvia. Thank you for the color!
ReplyDeleteThese are just incredible, Sylvia.
ReplyDeleteSylvia - you have a gorgeous collage for us today - love it!! The violets are such a pretty hue...and the colored glass - well, you know it's our favorite!
ReplyDeleteGlad your feeling a bit better - and we love the new banner - it looks as if it's an Airstream camper, doesn't it?!!
Have a super week!
Gorgeous shadows!
ReplyDeleteMy Shadow shots
Lovely colors, especially that amber!
ReplyDeleteYay! That your back is feeling better! And yay! To those great shots! A la collage too. Nice new banner too-aren't you lucky!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty collage of shadows! A lovely idea to mix coloured shadows and monochrome ones!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your car! But I must admit that I cannot recall any car related bill being pretty! Not even the regular service! It always seems to grow each time!
Do hope you have a lovely weekend!
Oh Sylvia I love your collage of shadow shots, lovely colours. I really like the turtles!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colored shadows. I see so few of them and they are always a favorite to shoot when I find them. I love the violets and am thankful for the reminder that I used to have so many years ago. Now, with retirement, I'm inspired to start collecting them again.
ReplyDeleteA lovely collage of shadows! If you've entered your name twice in Mr Linky I'll delete one when I can. I can't access the Mr Linky widget at the moment. Something weird is going on with the Mr Linky site and so I can only visit shadow shooters via my comments right now. Glad your back is feeling better. Pity about the car though! Have a good week Sylvia :)
ReplyDeleteLove your collage here Sylvia! The turtles are wonderful! I couldn't help having a look at your latest post too and that photo of you and a certain someone perched elegantly on your lap! It made me smile! :0) Have a terrific week!
ReplyDeleteThe table setting is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about your car, although I do like your mosaic and shadow shots, especially the shadows caused by the glass.
ReplyDeleteI just love the photos you take of your beautiful glass objects. They are so peaceful. Great turtle shot too. Enjoy your week, Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shadows. Love your collage, Sylvia.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Hi Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm late but I was in bed for two days - terrible flu...now I feel a little bit better but back to bed after visiting my SSS friends.
It's great your back is better and you got beautiful shadows again.
Have a good week ahead!
I love your mosaic...all such pretty shots and they compliment each other so well!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your car...what a bummer:(
