That's My World!

That's My World is hosted each week by Klaus and the My World team, Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and me. Click on the icon and share your world with others from all over Our World! So! How is your world this week? Have you taken time to see the beauty there? What is it about your world that makes you smile or laugh or feel grateful for? You can click on the photos to embiggen and get a better look!

As you may know, I was gone all weekend and with limited access to the internet so I'm still playing catch up! It's been pretty drab the past week, but subtle changes are happening as fall noses into the northwest. These are some shots from last
fall when the colors were so spectacular -- and they will be again a little later.
So, I hope you enjoy a glimpse of my autumn world and more Mark Twain. I do think the man was genius and a very insightful one at that.

I got some pretty good shots while I was visiting a friend this weekend.

If you pick up a starving dog and make him prosperous he will not bite you. This is the principal difference between a dog and man."
— Mark Twain

I was gratified to be able to answer promptly, and I did. I said I didn’t know.
— Mark Twain

Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live. — Mark Twain

Name the greatest of all inventors. Accident. — Mark Twain
