Weekend Reflections

Weekend Reflections is hosted by James each week beginning Friday at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. It's another wonderful way of opening your eyes to new and different kinds of beauty. Click on the post title and sign up to play with us! We did have one afternoon of glorious sunshine and my son took me down to the harbor to take some shots! I think it was definitely worth the trip!
Hi Everyone! I just had an incredible surprise and early Christmas present! My oldest daughter, Robyn, whom I haven't seen in seven years, just showed up to spend Christmas with me!!!  So I may be a little late getting around to your sites, but I will! Needless to say, I'm thrilled silly!!!

There are two ways of spreading light; to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.  ~Edith Wharton

How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains!  ~John Muir

When you possess light within, you see it externally.  ~Anaïs Nin

Beautiful views in these reflections! I especially love the second photo with a boat in the foreground and snow behind on the mountain!
