| Get out the magnifying glass, get into your best sleuthing clothes and start prowling your environment looking for those wonderful, but sometimes elusive shadows. This fun and challenging meme is hosted each week by Tracy over at Hey Harriet! Click on the link under the blog title and sign up to play!! And, yes, more RAIN!! I did try to find some sunny pics!! |
You found some wonderful sunny photos this week, Sylvia! I hope your weekend is off to a great start.
ReplyDeleteWe can count of Sam to stand in the sun for a shadow shot and today he is rewarded with a wreath of flowers.
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely collection - this week's favourite is the purple vase (is it one of those for growing a hyacinth in?)
ReplyDeleteI spy the photographer standing at the railing under the sun. A cute doggie has a trailing shadow that adds size to the canine. Your home is beautiful, the occasional sun strong - avoid the rain if it's possible!
ReplyDeleteThe poinsettia shot reminds me of my December visit to Mexico--poinsettias were everywhere! I even saw some that were six feet tall, growing year round in people's yards.
ReplyDeleteIF YOU SEE A SHADOW
If you see a shadow
And want to keep it near,
Point your trusty shooter
(Make sure the lens is clear);
Press with care the shutter,
Do not slam or sock it—
Then you’ll have a photo
To carry in your pocket!

I always have trouble picking a favorite from your assortment each week, but I think I like the eyeglasses in the lower left corner this time. The top center is fun, though!
