That's My World!

So, on this first My World for 2011 I thought I'd share a bit of my world and some thoughts about the new year!!

New Year's Day:  Now is the accepted time to make your regular annual good resolutions.  Next week you can begin paving hell with them as usual.

    I love the shot of the snow covered mountains, so beautiful.
    I long ago gave up making resolutions other than to try and do better in all things realizing that often I will slip back to old habits.

    Yesterday Marina and Antigoni came to visit me with their families. They are the Greek blogging sisters. Marina has lived now in Brussels for a short time and her sister visited her for the Christmas holidays.

    Enjoyed seeing the very dramatic sky at the end, Sylvia. And leave it to Jay Leno to come up with something funny with a serious edge to ponder. After reading all the quotes, my take is that resolutions have a VERY short shelf life!
