That's My World!

That's My World is hosted each week by Klaus and the My World team, Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and me. Join us and share your world with others from all over Our World! Just click on the post title, read the rules, sign up and play with us! So! How is your world this week? Have you taken time to see the beauty there? What is it about your world that makes you smile or laugh or feel grateful for?  It has been windy and really cold and even a little snow -- AGAIN! So, back to the files! And this is what My World looks like starting mid- March or April -- usually!!

  11. A Gibran saying is as brilliant as the flowers you have pictured here, Sylvia! Thanks for sharing memories of the spring we wait for … not only through pictures and words but also with a lovely melancholy tune.

  15. Beautiful and joyous spring captures, Sylvia. I'm so glad you have them to back upon even if it is gray and cold right now.
    Your cold must be moving downward: today the temps dropped considerably with the ensuing rain and gray. Have a wonderful week!

  17. Oh man Sylvia, you have me in a Springier state of mind even though it has turned cold and windy here today.

    I love the flowers and the quote by Will Rogers about cleaner minds and dirtier fingernails.

    Reminds of the office quip that a clean desk is a sign of a dirty mind.

    If that is so then I've got the cleanest mind in the world.

    Take Care Sylvia.

  29. After all the snow I'm sure the spring colour will be great. In a normal (hot) summer we get the same impact in autumn - the summer burns away the colour and as the temperature falls, back comes the colour.
    Same effect - different process!

  30. Fantastic; spring is so generous with its display of flowers.Big swathes hanging over fences, climbing up;
    Tulips stretching their elegant faces into the sun, soaking up the warmth. Very pretty. Followed by interesting quotes. I have read Soren Kierkegard, 35 years ago, he was light years ahead.
