| I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day. E. B. White |

Each of the sayings this week is particularly profound, Sylvia. The quote by White is indicative of the busy mind that is often conflicted between enjoying what is and the urge to transform each moment into something better. I love your header this time around. It is so airy and light and many of the activities in the scene remind me of my own fictional character and her antics. Hope you and yours had a great Easter weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love your new header and photos, Sylvia! Your format is ideal for posting pictures. Thanks so much for visiting my blog and writing such meaningful comments. Much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteOh, look at those tulips! I want the whole bucket!

Your photos are beautiful -- I really like that waterfall. But your quotes are also wonderful and profound. I like both James and White quotes very much. Thanks for a great post.
ReplyDeletePerfect pictures Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures - so full of joy!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos for spring in your world, Sylvia. Your quotations are super. I especially like the Don Marquis quote. I've been quoting his "archy and mehitabel" for years, the part about "warty bliggens, the toad" who thought the world had been created especially for him.
