That's My World!

That's My World is hosted each week by Klaus and the My World team, Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and me. Join us and share your world with others from all over Our World! Just click on the post title, read the rules, sign up and play with us! So! How is your world this week? Have you taken time to see the beauty there? What is it about your world that makes you smile or laugh or feel grateful for?  So, next Saturday is the big day! And now that I can stop fretting over the waiting, I can enjoy some more lovely memories of my world where I've lived the past four years! Hope you enjoy them! Wishing you all a beautiful week!

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

  1. Each of the sayings this week is particularly profound, Sylvia. The quote by White is indicative of the busy mind that is often conflicted between enjoying what is and the urge to transform each moment into something better. I love your header this time around. It is so airy and light and many of the activities in the scene remind me of my own fictional character and her antics. Hope you and yours had a great Easter weekend!

  7. Beautiful photos for spring in your world, Sylvia. Your quotations are super. I especially like the Don Marquis quote. I've been quoting his "archy and mehitabel" for years, the part about "warty bliggens, the toad" who thought the world had been created especially for him.

  39. The last quote has made me stop and think, while about “friend” and “belief on life’s worth living” and others, I simply nodded. Like snow-white, I spotted company badge of Kikkoman Soy Sauce Co. on the bucket of tulips...., smiles.

All the photos are uplifting and refreshing. Thank you, Sylvia, for sharing. Be well prepared for the move and take care!
