Sky Watch Friday!

Time to share your skies, the beauty over your world, the clouds, the colors! Sky Watch is hosted each week by  the Sky Watch team of  Sandy, Wren and me. And this week as every week, we remember Klaus and know that he joins us in spirit! Join us and the many people from all over the world who share theirs with us each week! Click on the address under the post title to be taken to the SWF website where you can sign up.

Because of the very lovely weather we've had recently, the sunsets have been pretty dull, no clouds, no dramatic colors etc. But I happened to glance up from my desk a couple of nights ago and these are the skies I saw!! I took these over a period of about a half hour and they were amazing! Hope you enjoy! Wishing you all a beautiful weekend!

The sky is the daily bread of the imagination.

There is the sky, which is all men's together.  EuripidesEuripides

Reflect upon your present blessings, of which every man has many—not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.

I love the birds in the left hand corner of the shot!!

  1. Keep those nice clear skies for a couple of weeks, please. Next week Eric and his wife will be vacationing up your way while we spend some quality time with Michael.

  2. It is interesting that sunsets and sunrises are always more beautiful before some kind of weather sets in. I guess that's a metaphor for life's situations!

Beautiful photos as always, Sylvia. Thank you for all your work on Skywatch. Klaus would be so pleased, I imagine.
