Shadow Shot Sunday!

Shadow Shot Sunday #2 - Magical Mystical Teacher + Chubskulit + Gemma Wiseman

I'm still enjoying looking through my files for shadow shots while I wait for the sun to return!  And it will! Just not as soon as I would like! Hope at least some of you are enjoying some sunshine and blue skies  and lots of shadows!!

  1. Wonderful, rich blue shadow detail in the first photo! Fascinating fence design in shadow! And the dog looks so cute - as if pinning his shadow down!

  2. I almost feel guilty living in the land of perpetual sunshine when I see my friends in the PNW going weeks without seeing the sun! However, you do have a wonderful stash in your archives!! Have a wonderful weekend.

  3. The poochie doing a perfect doga move is an adorable Shadow Shot. Hootie and Baby Rocket Dog do that each morning just before getting their fish oil capsule. I say, "Bowwwww" & they say ,"Wow" and then it's pill time!! Happy SSS.

  4. Love the rich blue shadows, and the 'stretchy' doggy shadow! I see your friend from Mumbai has been busy creating you a new header Sylvia, she is very clever! I really, and I mean REALLY, wish I could share some of my sunshine with you Sylvia, we have way too much!!

  5. Tour stemware and colored glass make for such stylish shadows - that tablescape looks like it should be in a gallery...the fence/railing looks as if it is art composed of charcoal on the patio, a wonderful effect. Your bigger dog is an impressive canine, his stretching in shadow makes him even bigger. All great views!

And then there is your first...the blue wine bottle and glass. I have just got to set myself up a photo opt like this...just gotta figure what time I will get the shadow. 32. Beautiful still life with blue shadows. That gate beckons ... if we could open it, what wonders would lie within? And your dog does look like he's holding his shadow in place so it can't run away. Lovely shots all!
