We're back to gray and rain, but I still have some photos  from the sunny days!! Hope you enjoy!!
I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

  1. You've shared some beautiful scenes in spite of the gray and rain. I'm hoping for sun all day today so I can get the lawn mowed.

  2. Love the tulip petals bursting with color. The quote about “improving or enjoying” the world is interesting. In a perfect world the very act of improving the world would just naturally be enjoyable.

  6. Beautiful pics Sylvia, especially the tulips.

I loved all the quotes especially the Borrough quote. I had to laugh, I don't have enough time for all his stuff, and I still have to work! So I have double the trouble.

    Nice post again Sylvia!!

  35. I happen to have very sensitive feet, loath to wear brsnd new shoes, because I get blisters, when the season changes, despite wearing old shoes, the blisters return. My dad said, i should be a Iban in Boreno and go barefooted.
