http://ourworldtuesdaymeme.blogspot.com/ As we wait for Fall to arrive in Seattle, I've been looking back over the past year from the magnificent Space Needle to our beautiful spring, the lengthy summer and the breathless beauty of our sunsets and Mt. Rainier -- regardless of the season! Hope you enjoy! Have a wonderful week!! |
| Happiness is like a butterfly. The more you chase it, the more it eludes you. But if you turn your attention to other things, It comes and sits softly on your shoulder. Henry David Thoreau |

You really hit the jackpot here, and my favorites are the Seattle skylline and the flowers! Hope your day started out nicely!

Henry Thoreau was a creative thinker who conveyed the art of happiness so well in that quote. Concentrating on Seattle sunsets goes a long way in inspiring those good feelings. :)
ReplyDeletewhat a great quote to go with such beauty.

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous postcard you have given us. Seriously, I cannot imagine more beautiful scenes than these from your camera. You do live in a lovely city with many faces and wonderful changes of season. I think that September would be my favorite in Seattle - warm and dry!
ReplyDeleteBises,

A wonderful mix of all beautiful sights! Have a great week ahead Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful collage ! I am certainly NOT looking for autumn ! I hate this season. Anyway this year I got the impresion that there are no more seasons !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful collage Sylvia, Mt. Rainier is spectacular. I don't even know how you manage these group shots, I'm such a technophobe!
ReplyDeleteI can see a nice skyline in those pictures as well.
ReplyDeleteThe funny thing about taking the pictures from the street was that taxis kept stopping and seeing if I needed a lift - almost nobody walks anywhere in the commercial part of town - and especially not in the heat of the day! "Mad Dogs and Englishmen" I suppose!
