ReplyDeleteI like that little turtle holding on there in the top shot Sylvia, he's going in any minute now you can just tell haha! I so agree with the Rosalind Russell quote, enjoyment and laughing, much more effective than any expensive face creams! Happy weekend Sylvia, enjoy.
ReplyDeleteNot only must we catch happiness, but recognize it for what it is.
ReplyDeleteHope life is bringing you joy, Sylvia.
Hi Sylvia, I love that little turtle tail. Lovely reflections and quotes.

I like that last photo...an iconic look at Seattle. Do you think Rosalind's quote is true? I dunno. Perhaps I'd better stop before I get into real trouble! :-)

ReplyDeleteYour turtle....may I buy him from you? I would love the image to order a poster for my classroom.
Happiness is a place to bask in the sun! I think old Ben would be surprised at the number of people today who expect happiness to find them.
ReplyDeleteI do think a smile makes a woman look prettiest.
ReplyDeleteLove the turtle, my own story of the one that got away.
ReplyDeleteNice post, perfect for the theme!
ReplyDeleteExquisite pictures, I like poetry emanating from that beautiful sunset. Greeting.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sunset view and lovely golden light reflected on the calm water.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend!
That turtle is one impressive guy. I think he feels like he is King of the Log. What a fine capture. Your Pacific Northwest sky makes me miss your area all the more, and the last shot makes me think I am seeing double. Great job this week. I am finally back to the blogging world. LR class is over, my back's been acting up, and the trip to my daughter's in MD over T'giving all took their toll. I had to just shut down the computer for a bit, but all is back to normal now. Missed reading your quotes and viewing your pictures. Hope the bad weather is missing you. genie
