The azalea comes at a coincidental time. I spent last evening trying to plot out how to plant a shaded area in my yard in the spring. It will mainly be hosta, but I think I will put a small azalea or two, or maybe a mountain laurel, in the garden to add some flower color and a different height.
Your photos are beautiful, Sylvia and the last quote reminded me that we never stop to think why we are happy, do we? Hope you're having a great day. Jo
That's so true words about happiness. When I appreciate every little moment that comes in my way, the dark sides of life just disappears and float into the forgotten land.
The quotes reminded me of the fact it's more about the trip than the destination! You need to get "into" the trip to experience happiness 'cause happiness isn't something you arrive at at the end of your journey.
I have no clue if that made any sense at all but I'm too tired to change it. :-)
I do so appreciate and enjoy your comments! Always wonderful to get feedback! The interaction with other bloggers has been one of the most rewarding things about blogging!
love the orange sky at the end, but i think i'm starving for blooms so the pink stood out. :)
ReplyDeleteLove that last photo! And that photo makes me miss my summer flowers
