    What a fabulous tree-lined sidewalk! I've never make it down it as I'd end up sitting in the shade and enjoying the shadows! Hope you have a lovely weekend too!

    We thing of the Pacific northwest as foggy and gray all the time. Yet, here is a street full of so much sun we will seek the shade to escape its heat - a beautiful street scene!

    The quote is so apt with your shadows. August is usually my least favorite month but the quote has inspired me to appreciate it's passing.

    I love that shaded sidewalk. This time of year when I do my lunchtime walking, I stay in the shade when I can.
