Our World!

Autumn is the perfect time to take account of what we've done, what we didn't do, and what we'd like to do next year. ~Author Unknown
Autumn is the mellower season, and what we lose in flowers we more than gain in fruits. ~Samuel Butler
And Happy Halloween!!!
...I see
the turning of a leaf
dancing in an autumn sun,
and brilliant shades of crimson
glowing when a day is done...
~Hazelmarie "Mattie" Elliott

  7. I think I'll order that new verion of Windows Sylvia as long as I get a cut of your royalties. Not so sure about the scarecrow though - it looks a bit, well, scary, a bit of a bummer really. But it has given me an idea for our next local scarecrow competition.

  17. You live in such an extraordinarily beautiful place, Sylvia - your photos are perfect for fall. We've several times talked about moving to that part of the country, I'm just not sure I could handle the grey winters. Have a great week!

  26. The colours of your trees are breath-taking! Yesterday many trees overhere were uprooted, because of the gale that blew over west Europe.
I wish you a lovely autumn week.
