I wanted to introduce you to a friend of mine who stopped by for lunch yesterday!!
He loves Sunflower on the Half Shell!!!
Most of our trees are bare, but there are a few who, like this one, that seems to yell!, It's too early, I'm not ready to lose my clothes!!!
Everyone must take time to sit and watch the leaves turn.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment. I also get emotional when
I see those brave mothers and fathers carrying their children and trying to find food. Our Dutch broadcasting corporations are busy to create opportunities to collect money.
Very cute. It is busy in its own world.

ReplyDeleteLots of those friends here. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie he is! And I loved the visit to Oregon Fall -- we left too early this year...the trees weren't even red yet. Most years we are still there in October and I missed the red trees.
ReplyDeleteThe squirrel is very cute but I think it could get into mischief! The tree is a magnificent color.
ReplyDeleteYour visitor was cute but didn't clean up after itself. ;))
ReplyDeleteI think our long hot summer has kept some leaves hanging on longer than usual. I like the bright red trees and your little friend who knows a friendly neighbor when he meets one.
ReplyDeletethe squirrel is so cute. i used to feed a family of squirrels that lived up the oak tree behind the fence of the house I used to live at. now i spoke to the new residents of the house and they say there are squirrels walking back and forth the fence from one end of the property to the other. i mentioned to them that that was where i used to put the seeds for the squirrels.
