Looks like a wee hummingbird getting a bite to eat in a hostile environment! Brrr.

I can't imagine a little humming bird surviving the kind of cold we are having ... I sure hope he finds his way south where he will be safe. We have been below freezing, then above freezing, then it was raining and now it is freezing again ... which means ice. I don't do ice well ... Hope you are warm and safe, Sylvia ...

ReplyDeleteYes--the birds seem to do fine when the weather is frigid. However, they really stay at the feeders all day long... I had to fill ours twice each day this week... Bless their hearts...
