Wise
words, but I think I would have said, “I wish that I had done that”, but what
do I know???

What great fun, Sylvia! And your photos are always a delight. Those flamingos look to be well fed and well taken care of. Do you know the difference between a log and a turtle? Once in awhile the log moves.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I just made that up and it's not that funny.
But I hope you have a fun day!
Ah yes, I do remember the flamingos! And I'm very fond of turtles. ;)
ReplyDeleteNot only do you have a great park, but also so much to see inside of it. Have a great day.

Lovely to see your old Seattle buddies again Sylvia :)
ReplyDeleteI remember the turtles from your earlier posts. Happy to see they are still sunning themselves.
ReplyDeleteI wish that person was as good a wrier as you are? ;))). Cool, you visited Seattle! Old home week!
ReplyDeleteCool captures!!
ReplyDeleteOh I love the flamingos. I remember when I was a teenager we had the remains of what was a large flock at Taronga zoo. Sadly they are there no more.
ReplyDeleteI do like that duck proudly staring down the flamingos!

A fun visit to the park, very nice pictures!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Sylvia, for your always beautiful comments!
Have a great Thursday!
Love the photos, Sylvia. We used to live near a pond in New Hampshire, and this makes me miss the turtles there. Huge snappers used to come across the road to lay their eggs in our front yard. We were very close to nature there!
ReplyDeleteCute critters!
ReplyDeleteThose tortoises seem so disciplined. :)
