Our World

Welcome to Our World, the site that allows us to share the beauty and interests of all of our worlds each week!!  As some of you know, I’ve been “cleaning my photographs home” over the past several days and I found some more favorites that I wanted to share with you today! As many of you know I grew up in a small town in West Texas and had no idea what it would be like to be near any coastal area until I moved to the northwest over twenty years ago!! I was, I am, I will always be enchanted by the water! I have spent a lot of time capturing those amazingly beautiful areas and the skies that seem to accompany them, so I’m going to share a few more with you today. I do so hope that you enjoy them!!

    Enjoyed learning a little more about you. Lovely coastal scenes, Sylvia! Hmm … a sleepy conscience … I never looked at being guilt free that way. Mark Twain was a dramatic as well as dynamic thinker.

    The PNW coast does have great sunsets. I've always lived near the water, but when I was in the Los Angeles area it was just a stressful drive away. Now that I live in a small town in BC and in a floating cabin on a lake, I'm just steps away. - Margy

    I think we all have a secret romance with water (maybe because we are 90% H20). My dream all of my life was to spend my retirement years by water and I am happy to say I am.     Gorgeousness! I love your pictures. The Pacific NW is so, so beautiful!
    I've spent some months in the Pacific Northwest and felt that the sky is prettier there than down south in CA. I wonder if anybody else feels that way. :)
