oh, the hummingbird against snow is magical!! glad your son and family are safe, too. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, the storms across the South have been horrendous! LOVE that shot of the hummingbird in the snow. That would never happen here as our hummingbirds leave Ontario in September and don't come back till May.
ReplyDeleteThe hummingbird shot is superb! I'm not sure what to think about the weather...it seems we have family in several areas where things are getting worse. Hopefully, your family in Dallas has come through the storms just fine.
ReplyDeleteHi Sylvia, Wonderful photos and thoughts! I am happy to hear you had a fine Christmas Day despite the weather. We Northwesterners are strong, aren't we? I do pray your son and family are well and without any damage! That weather in Texas looked really terrible! Thank you for your blog and your kind comments on mine!
ReplyDeleteThe weather has been extreme at the moment so glad to hear your family is all safe. May 2016 bring health and happiness to you and yours.

Beautiful pictures ... I hope your Texas family remains safe! Strangest weather in some parts of the country .... My daughter says at least the Oregon weather is normal, even if wet and chilly. It's humid here in Florida as well, but a very different kind of humidity. Hot, hot, hot!
ReplyDeletenever seen a hummer in a snowy world before. Amazing :)
