The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!
SCROLL DOWN...........
NOW SCROLL UP..
That's enough for the first day. Great job.
Have a glass of wine.
He he he he - we are on the same wavelength today. Go check out my blog post - oh and enter the giveaways - it would be nice to see them go to regular readers. Jigsaw giveaway is cute!
ReplyDeleteI think I can handle this new exercise program of yours! And one and two and one and two and one and ....
ReplyDeletehaha. I wasn't expecting that.
ReplyDeleteSylvia,
ReplyDeleteYou forgot to mention that we needed to breathe out after the whole breathless suspense. .......
(I just did, and it blew the wineglass away....)
Woo hoo! That is my kind of exercise and it's about all I can do now.
ReplyDeleteWoo.
ReplyDelete2 reps man.
I'm wore out.
Wine?
Oh I sure fell for that!!! Tell me, how many calories does a body burn laughing?
ReplyDeleteToo funny!
ReplyDeleteI think I strained my finger!
LOL ... you definitely took me by surprise with this one and I appreciate the outburst of laughter here that startled Molly out of a sound sleep and made ME feel lighter ... just because.
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
how funny, my fingers feel stronger already. seriously I just started back into water aerobics 3 times a week and after the first class I'm so stiff and have sore leg muscles but that's good cause I'm progressing. No pain, no gain.
ReplyDeleteWorks for me, Sylvia!
ReplyDeletei love it!!!! im in for another workout!!!
ReplyDeleteSylvia, that's the best exercise I've ever done! I feel so rejuvenated! Bwahahahahahaha! :)
ReplyDeleteI added to your workout - I fell off my chair laughing. Does that count as an extra exercise for the day?
ReplyDeleteLOL! This is great - the subject of physical activity and exercise really needs a shot of humor and fun!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't really make sense for something that's "good for you" to be a pain in the you-know-what...
And we all need to begin somewhere, thanks for making such a good point with your humor :)
Cheers,
B.B. Martin
