LOL Thanks!!!! I had to go see if my identical sign was still there; I have the exact "My house was clean . . ." sign. My other favorite sign reads: "The only thing this woman fakes is housework!"
Those are excellent. In the early years of my marriage I needlepointed a sign that said, "This is my kitchen. I reign supreme. If you don't agree, starve.
On my wall is a 50's-style sign with a mother on the phone and two kids in the background, and the mother's saying "I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!" which my son's autism therapist noticed a while back (oooooops...)
I join you 100 % hahahaha ! that's absolutely great what you found there ! I'll send it to my friend in Germany, she had to train her husband because he was a macho, lol !
LOL ... what a FUN collection of signs! I love them all and may 'snag a few' if you don't mind. It's been MONTHS since I've shared my morning musings and I want to get back in the habit. Thanks for the laughter ;-) Hugs and blessings, My Random Thoughts
Fortunately I never lived near my mum in law or my mum. My best friend told me when i was a young mum, forget the housework, do it today, it will still be there tomorrow.
That's the best advice.
there is another which says," My kitchen is not the tidiest, but it is a happy one."
Now you know why I spend all my free time blogging. I am a happy person.
