Shadow Shot Sunday!

Get out the magnifying glass, get into your best sleuthing clothes and start prowling your environment looking for those wonderful, but sometimes elusive shadows.     What fun! I think my favorite is the heroic dog shadow on the deck. But that hippo is mighty impressive...and flamingos are always festive. Have a great weekend!

    The weak winter sun feels warm at your home and the zoo. Mojo casts a magnificent shadow, as always. The flamingos are great, just looking for food they seem unaware of the season. Nice flowers, too!

    About your question on the TAV, I'm against its construction because I think it would cause troubles to the people living there and it would disfigure the landscape of the Valley, which is so picturesque and delicate.

    Some great shadowy shots there, Sylvia. My favorite is the yellow rose with the delicate shadows, it's exquisite. Can you send some of your rain this way? We need the moisture, although it would probably turn into snow by the time it got to us! Have a great weekend.

    Love the flamingos, your shots have truly made me feel a bit warmer, as the rain(sleet)is coming down here in Iowa...or maybe it's the latte...I take any summer shots you want to share!!!

    Lovely shadows this week-made me feel warm! I love the hippo-but can't work out if it is real and buried in mud, or a clever sculpture! I am assuming real?

    My favorite shadow is your leg! LOL Greetings from the beach, Sylvia... I'm in a tiny internet bar playing awful music... and a lot of games sounds... LOL. The weather here too is a bit gray, so the fish are hiding; we're hoping for better snorkeling weather tomorrow.
