http://ourworldtuesdaymeme.blogspot.com/ It's hard to believe that it's September in Seattle! It's more like summer -- NO rain for 41 days!! Lots of sunshine and blue skies and I'm not complaining!! But whatever the season, it is a beautiful world! And my personal world is filled with heavenly skies, memories of summers lovely flowers, a wonderful four-legged friend, the promise of glorious fall colors, and my own corner full of books and wonderful memories! Enjoy every moment of every season!! |

No rain for 41 days!? Are you sure you live in Seattle. :)) Wonderful quotes, as usual, Sylvia.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very long time without rain Sylvia, we do also have spells like that here, but just as we are in our first week of spring, the weather is cold and WILD outside as I write this.
ReplyDelete41 days without rain just seems impossible for Seattle. That's a gorgeous collage. I love the low light and shadows on the bookcase: That makes me think of cozy reading in the winter time.
ReplyDeletewow! that's a long time w/o rain for your area!
ReplyDelete41 days without rain in Seattle must be some kind of record for sure! I'm definitely looking forward to autumn here and some relief from this heat. Happy Labor Day Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful and wise world you take us again Sylvia.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful week also.

Books and the way the sun (in your photo) shines a light on them, a dear pet and the fall colors ahead are all favorite things that make life more enjoyable. And with no rain for 41 days, I think the bluest skies really ARE in Seattle. :)
ReplyDeleteSeattle has not had rain for 41 days, wow! Is that a record? I loved your mosaic especially your puppy dog. Lovely photos. Have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteI often think when I read your weather report that it is not so different from over here, how can that be !? must be my imagination
ReplyDeletehope you enjoy the last day of labor day weekend

Beautiful shots. That's a long time without rain where you live. Hard to believe it's already September.
ReplyDeleteNo rain! They will be calling it a drought soon. Wonderful seasonal photos and accompanying text.
ReplyDeleteI don't think we go 41 hours without rain here in Manchester, England. If only.
ReplyDeleteWonderful soft mellow light drifting in on your book-case Sylvia What a beautiful season to sit and watch the leaves turn.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week.
xx
41 days without rain in Seattle? That's longer than we've been without rain! I hope you're enjoying the end of the holiday weekend, Sylvia, and I'm sure your four-legged friend is happy as always!
ReplyDeleteAm so ready for autumn ! Reading about rain, must have been around Easter when last it did over here.
ReplyDeletePlease have a good Tuesday.

Lovely mosaic, Sylvia. As we greet Spring, autumn is arriving on your doorstep...
ReplyDeleteYour collage is so cool...brought a big smile to my face, I'm wondering if the lack of rain will affect the turning of the leaves. Autumn is a wonderful season here in Ocala, too. Unlike south Florida, we do experience changes in weather. When I lived in south Florida I read that Miami has a larger average rainfall than Seattle...and from what our daughter tells us it's been raining a lot down there recently, unlike Seattle. Sometimes it seems that climate change may be turning everything upside down.
ReplyDeleteHope your week is filled with fun things!
Delicious and varied mosaic, very nice. Greetings.
ReplyDeleteLovely montage of beautiful photography ~ (A Creative Harbor)

ReplyDeletewonderful mosaic. It is hard to believe that you haven't had rain for so long. But we also shattered records this month in terms of lack of rainfall. How nice for august ;-)
lovely collage....I love the play of shadows on the bookshelves and the cute dog shot and yes the wondrous sky and colorful flowers and the quote on spring...may you be always blessed on your side of the world...
ReplyDeleteThat's a long time with no rain! Hopefully September brings some. Love your collage!
ReplyDeleteIs it autumn already? Your skies are lovely. And I love how the light hits your books.
ReplyDeleteBaimbridge got a little bit one evening the week we were there. Otherwise it was hotter than any of the trips before. This mosaic is definitely your world and it is beautiful as I have said so many, many times. This week I started posting the photos from Bud's 2nd three week hike thru the mts. of Maine and New Hampshire. Sorry I am so late doing it. Genie
ReplyDeleteWow, 41 days, what's up with that?
ReplyDeleteAmen to enjoy every day of every season.
Wonderful set of images. That sky is gorgeous.
