  1. Good to know. I always go for the unripe ones, and use the old ones for banana bread or a smoothie.

  2. didn't know about the brown spots, but now i do! i knew it lowered blood pressure and helped with lactic acid build-up from sore muscles. :)

    already ate my banana today.

  5. huh, did not know that about brown bananas...i eat them regardless...when we lived in florida we had a banana tree...off the tree they taste much different than what you get in the store...
