If our mind attaches to matter or to anything in the physical, it makes matter all the more denser as well as a heavy feeling in the mind. We indeed make things matter by sitting on the issue.

I needed that. I looked in the mirror today and was struck by how my face is changing. I should not let that influence me in any way shape or form, (okay, I'll use Oil of Olay), but I won't let the aging thing slow me down, or discourage me from moving forward.
