MicroFiction Monday

>Susan at Stony River Farm hosts Microfiction Monday. She posts a picture and you compose a story in 140 characters. You can click on the icon to get further instructions. To help you along she has posted a wonderful link that counts your characters for you! How great is that! You can get the counter at Design 215.

This meme is easy and it's fun! Thanks, Susan for hosting.

And here's the picture for this Microfiction Monday!

I thought that fairy promised me a horse! Just because it's Easter is
no reason to pull a switch like this. Now take me home big ears!

What a switch; big ears instead of a steed. Love your story.

Good job. I like to look at the pic before I read anyone's story entry to see if anything comes to mind. I got nothin'.

Aww - you should never look a gift horse - or rabbit - in the mouth!

Very funny. Ask for a pony and get a bunny. i'd complain too.

Who you callin' Big Ears? ROFL! Yes, a horse would have made a much better impression for the poor li'l guy.

Haha! You made me smile. :)

That's twice the fairy godmother messed up on Easter! She must have had a surfeit of bunnies to get rid of.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company.
