The dumb snow last week has finished up what autumn color was there. So we look to alternate shadows, outside - and in. Nice abode, the shadows in color, as always, are nice!

I see the shadowy contents of the basket, although I'm not quite sure what they are. Maybe I should brave the shadows, put my hand into the basket, and find out!

SHADOW, WILL YOU?

Shadow, will you always be
Here where I can always see
What you do and how you play?
Or will you just slip away?

Pretty shadow shots, Sylvia. I especially like the cobalt blue goblets. Light running through rich blue glass goes straight through me.

Ahhh, what lovely blue glass...reminds me of a window my Grandma had in her house...we'd stand in front of it and see the world through colored glass.

Patti said...

The colored glass is so pretty, as always. (your trademark)

And those lazy Susans are spectacular.

Enjoy the weekend, Sylvia!

I love the first pic with the blue shadows. I always thought that shadows are black only but the bright lights illuminates through the bottle to have that awesome shadow.

I know I'm a wee bit tardy in making the SSS rounds, but it's always a joy to stop by here. The blue glass makes me think of my mother. She had a penchant for that.
