Our World!

Time for "Our World" again! This is a wonderful way to find the beauty, the fun, the good and even the bad things about Our World and to share them! Hope you will join us!   One of the places in Seattle that I do MISS!! The public market!!

Happiness depends more on the inward disposition of mind than on outward circumstances.

I agree with Benjamin! And I love the flowers . The temperature here is now so high that I have to water the plants in my garden.
Have a great and sunny week, Sylvia.

It has been a while since I visited the public market in Seattle but what an interesting and entertaining experience it was! You bring back fond memories of much vitality, pizzazz and produce galore. :)

What a precious picture your header is today. And thank goodness for the invention of the wheel! Your post reminds me that we start off in strollers, graduate to bicycles and sometimes end up in wheelchairs. :)

Yes, we visit that market each time we visit Seattle. We usually escape without spending too much money. I still have some photos from my last visit that I need to post.

Beautiful Sylvia -- there's nothing quite like Pike St., but I hope you find some good Farmer's Markets in your new neighborhood.

I thought it looked like the Pike Place Market, and I see, above, that it is. The colors are just fantastic, aren't they, Sylvia?

Is there no market in Portland or at least a farmer's market near by?
Wherever we are, we miss something from somewhere else.
Best to enjoy what you have.
