We actually had sun here yesterday! and again I was running around like crazy looking for shadows! I suspect the neighbors are seriously considering having me committed! The only thing dramatic here is the fact that the sun was actually shining! Oh, surely, spring can't be too far away???

Beautiful moods you've captured, I especially like the tender green in the top one! Nice!!
Why did the tree-shadow cross the road?
(I'm still trying to think of a punchline)
Thank you for sharing all the sunshine in these: we had a chilly gray day today so I *loved* them!
Pretty ones, Sylvia. I like them
The shadow idea is great. I scrolled down as suggested but couldn't find your Mr Linky so I give my link here.

I'm glad I've found this spot.
I'm so pleased for you that spring has arrived, and what lovely shots you have produced to prove it.
So ... why did the tree-shadow cross the road?
To leaf behind the winter.
This is my first exposure (pun intended) to Shadow Shot Sunday -- I like the idea. I can see how one can get pretty creative with this. After all, shadows are something we pretty well train ourselves not to see.
I think it's amazing that you have GREEN grass already.
I'm having fun imagining the neighbours watching you out with your camera. You have the last laugh because you found some fun shadow shots. ;-)
EG, the amazing thing is that our grass is green all winter -- looks really strange peeking out from under all the snow we had this year!
What a wonderful parade of shadow shots! Beautiful. Seems you have a great day, huh?
Have a nice Sunday...
Love the tree shadow on the road....so crisp.
Your first shadow shot is so pretty! The colors are wonderful and soothing. I could stare at it for a long time.
The first photo is really interesting. That shade of green is a particular favorite of mine.
Hi Sylvia, these are great shadow shots.
Looks like you found plenty of shadows. I particularly like the first one with the soft green on the wall and the shadows against it.
Very nice work, Slyvia.
I never realized how interesting shadows could be. Really kept my attention trying to see every little detail.
I was so excited to have sun today as well! It is SO much easier to find shadows that way.. isn't it funny how that works! :)
Just look at that lovely sun! Great shadows - very nice & warm looking!
Happy SSS!
Really nice shadow assortment. Did you save any for the next week if it's cloudy all week? I also loved the sunshine yesterday and envy that you raced around in it. Happy Shadow Shot Sunday!
A lovely assortment of shadows you captured. Looks like spring has well and truly arrived. We've just finished with spring over here, so we figured it's your turn for some sunshine & warmth ;) Enjoy!
I really like the subtle and serene colors in the first photo. There's really a mood to it.
What great shadows..Wow, and to think grass is showing. Must be nice..How beautiful..Happy SSS..
Yayyy...the sun, just can't get enough...60's by Wed...yayyyy again!
They're all great, but I love the 2nd one the best. Thanks!
We're getting ready for a big snow, so I really enjoy your sunshiney shadows!
Love that delicate little shadow on the first shot..
I know what you mean about getting all excited about the sun coming out. It's a bag treat here, too.
That top photo is great. The colors are beautiful, and I love the composition. I enjoyed seeing all your shadows!
How wonderful to get some sunshine in time to seek out shadows for today's post. I think the last one is my favorite at the moment anyway. My neighbors laugh at me when I'm taking photos of odd stuph too ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
All great shots but I love the pole and tree!
All your shadow shots are wonderful. My fave is the first one, I love the soft colours.
Your good collection of shadows, Sylvia, proves we do get sunny around these parts....sometimes. Actually lately we've had sunshine most days, but it's pretty much a cat and mouse game every day.
great pics of shadows...
There you are yearning for some sun and here we are getting scorched and roasted by the sun (The day's max temp already at 39 deg C and it's only March beginning)!!!
