2010 Contract

After serious & cautious consideration... your contract of friendship has been renewed for the New Year 2010!

It was a very hard decision to make... So try not to screw it up!!!

My Wish for You in 2010

May peace break into your home and may thieves come to steal your debts.
May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet for $50 notes.
May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips!
May happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy
May the problems you had, forget your home address!
In simple words ............

May 2010 be the best year of your life!!!

Happy New Year!

Beautiful Sylvia, Thanks for visiting my blog and always leaving a kind comment. I'll be more active on blogger as from 8th January. I fly up to Khartoum, North Africa to join my husband. I always have HEAPS of time in the office while living there. Bless you for 2010. (((Hugs))) Jo

I received it in email from a friend this morning and thought it a marvelous thing to share ... but I see you've beat me to it. Such is life. May the new decade bring you and yours joyful opportunities and experiences!
Hugs and blessings,

Oh, thank you! :-)
(May I ask that the Dollar note be a Euro one instead? The exchange rate is so poor lately!)

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
