ABC Wednesday -- N!

How well do you know your alphabet? Today is your chance to show us!! ABC Wednesday is hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt. Click on her name, sign up and be the teacher for the day!

Just one N word for me today and that is Nature! It is everywhere to be enjoyed, thrilled by, to take your breath away! Here are a few samples! These are all from Oregon and Washington -- obviously two of my favorite states!

This is Multnomah Falls on the Columbia River in Oregon!

Above the Harbor on Puget Sound.

Aspens on a lake in Oregon.

Sunset in Seattle!

Whidbey Island in Washington.

And nature's perfection in one small rose!

Beautiful photos--nature is the perfect N word! These photos make me want to visit my daughter in Portland; I was only able to see a little of the scenery on my first visit, but it was gorgeous.

I've been soaking up some of nature's sunshine in the garden the last few days and had NO time to do an ABC post this week:)

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
