A Great Visit!

As some of you know Susan and Thom were both here in Seattle last week. I had hoped to be able to spend more time with them and Quilly, but there was one problem after another where transportation was concerned. We did, however, get to spend some time together at my house. Susan's daughter, D, got a great shot of the three of us and Sam Schnauzer and I wanted to share that with you! It was so great to finally meet Susan and her kids and to see Thom again! Hope we can do it again one of these days!

What a great picture! I have yet to meet a blogger friend but certainly feel more optimistic about it now.

I just noticed it, but look how Sam STILL didn't take his eyes off us for a minute! LOL He takes such good care of you.

(Kay, I still hate this Hillbilly Haircutz -- can't wait 'til it grows out! LOL)

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
