Some great quotes here Sylvia, and a butt-kicking hydrangea too (that is what that is, right?)
Always a pleasure... and yes, I'm profoundly grateful for the beauty in my life -- especially lately.
Hello dear! very nice shots, wish you good life
I joyously respond to your post. I send you not a little flower, but a lot of flowers to you. THANK you, dear Sylvia.
The blue flowers shot is my fave photo.
Happy Tuesday!
Always lovely combo of images and appropriately selected words of wisdom.
Have a wonderful week ahead.
Awesome shots. I have never seen blue flowers in the first shot before.
Wonderful blue Hydrangeas! And beautiful scenery. Great quotes.
Sylvia: A beautiful study in blue from the Northwest.

The blues in your photos looks very cool and refreshing. :)
Dear Sylvia, thank you for your joyful pictures and the quotes! I also thank you for your dear comment! Have a good week ahead!
Your quotes and shots are all so beautiful. The hydrangeas are gorgeous. I hope you have a great week.
Beautiful photos, love the hydrangeas too.
What a wonderful blue flower. Please have a wonderful Tuesday.
Speaking as a DC-area resident, I can tell you that Mark Twain definitely has a point. I wonder if he ever said anything about hydrangeas? Love your snaps!
Oh, your world is gorgeous. Thank, you, Sylvia. You lift my heart.
Your world is lovely.
great pictures, great words -- thank you! I particularly envy you your hydrangeas. If I get blossoms on mine, it is only one or two.
A beautiful and serene world you have! My grandmother had hydrangeas like that along one side of her house. And I love your shots of the harbor and sky.
Beautiful shots, I especially love the flowers. That's something I miss here in the dry high altitude, it's very difficult to grow anything like that.
gorgeous images and wonderful quotes too!!
I love that last quote!
A lot of lovely blue color in the pictures! Looks fantastic!! :-)
your world is beautiful. the Mark Twain quote made me grin.:p
Popping in to say hi! Love the hydrangea.
It is so great to be so near to nature. Your part of the world looked so fresh and pretty.
Ciao Sylvia
la 3° foto mi è piaciuta molto.
Pensi che un giro in barca si possa fare, con questo caldo ?
Buona giornata :-))
I love your quotes! They're going in the jar. Thanks ever so. http://ameliesgratefuljourney.blogspot.com/2010/07/thoughts-to-ponder.html
I love the picture with the little sailing boats ! there are such a lot ! What a nice view from up there !
This is so beautiful, Sylvia. I love hydrangeas. Glad to see your blue skies.
that last quotation is a classic! Makes me laugh every time...
Your world is so amazing, I want to live there. Nice photography and views on your place.
Love the cloud photo. Mark Twain, as usual, is the funniest.

Seen on My World Tuesday
A beautiful post
I really loved the flowers in the first pic.
I so enjoyed the time I spent in your 'blue' world today, Sylvia!
The first shot is so well taken, lovely series.
The flowers are so pretty, in India we get them in hills mostly.
Thanks for stopping my to drop your line in at my blog this week. The marina in your pictures looks like a busy one. Ours is getting a complete overhaul this fall. In fact, every boat has to be removed before the work can begin. At least ours is small enough to put on a trailer. I'm not sure where all the larger boats are going to find a place to stay. - Margy
the flowers, such a delight. :)
The blue flowers are gorgeous. Love that Mark Twain quote!
As always, a very thoughtful post. I esp. like the last quote! ~karen
