As it is winter, interior shadows are warmer and perfectly gathered. Mojo seems to be keeping himself under the layer of shadows. Lovely home with nice colors - per usual!

the colors and coziness are wonderful

I think this meme is more challenging in your climate, but you always do a great job, Sylvia. Please send some of that rain or snow our way! Have a great weekend.

Cool ShadowShots. I'm still chuckling at Mojo stealthly sneaking through the kitchen.hehe. Your masthead spawned this question: What's that in the back of the truck?

Rain? what's that? I see plenty of white and supposedly more on the way.

Love the shadows, especially the green one in the upper left.

It's rained so much that I'm worried you will forget what sunshine looks like. But you still found some beautiful shadows to share with us.

Your shadows are always so lovely Sylvia. I love your collages. the touch of red in those two on the left is perfect, and I love the shadows on the sofa. what I love about your shadow shots is the light. you capture the light so beautifully, like the glow in the photo with your doggie. very nice. happy SSS Sylvia!

Nice set of shots, Sylvia. I like how you've put them together. I hear we are going to dry out in a day or so. I hope so!

Wonderful set of shadows -- I love your combinations. And thanks for mentioning the rain! Your beautiful sky pictures recently made me lonesome for "home" and now feel better about being away.

A stunning selection of shadows Sylvia! Funny you say that you're molding. I felt the same way recently when experiencing never-ending rain. I was worried that mold would start sprouting from my ears! I wish you some sunny days ahead :)

IF SHADOWS COULD TALK

If shadows could talk,
Just what would they say?
If you listen close,
You’ll hear them, you may.
Shadows do chatter
And gossip and talk
In the store windows,
Along the sidewalk,
Over the mountains,
On prairie and plain,
Begging for sunshine
And not days of rain;
Emboldened by light,
The stark shadows say:
“We’re out for a lark,
Please join us at play!”
