Sky Watch Friday!

Time to share your skies, the beauty over your world, the clouds, the colors! Sky Watch is hosted each week by Klaus and the Sky Watch team of Klaus, Sandy, Wren and me. Join us and the many people from all over the world who share theirs with us each week! Click on the post title to be taken to the SWF website where you can sign up.  We had a blue sky day late last week and as the day slipped by the sky seemed to be celebrating not being covered by clouds and grim gray stuff and they began to play and I shared in their delight!! Hope you enjoy them, too!

A true friend never gets in your way unless you happen to be going down.

I love the delicate clouds in the first two photos. Several times this week when I was out walking very early I thought, "we're having Sylvia skies!" Then I realized it was because we had a few clouds up there. No rain, though.

Happy SWF, Sylvia.

It looks like a perfect day of blue sky! I wonder what it is that causes the clouds to fan out that way? The way the sky is always changing makes it so interesting to sit back and just watch it sometimes. :D

Sylvia, your wisps of cloud are pure magic and the upper air disturbance so well illustrated by the con trails blown in all directions. Watching clouds is so satisfying.

Keep at it and enjoy!

SKY DITTY

Hey, my little pretty,
Sing a sky ditty,
Sing about the stars and the sun.

Hey, my little pretty,
Sing a night ditty,
Sing it when the day is all done.

Gorgeous blue skies Sylvia, and I love those feathery clouds. You might try sending some of those blue skies up north to British Columbia and I'm sure they would filter into the Similkameen.
Real ones would be nice, but your deigital ones are quite lovely.

I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company.
