Weekend Reflections

Weekend Reflections is hosted by James each week beginning Friday at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. It's another wonderful way of opening your eyes to new and different kinds of beauty. Click on the web address under the blog title and sign up to play with us!

As most of you know, I love the water and I've been cleaning up some photo albums and found some more favorites. Hope you enjoy them. Have a wonderful day and a great weekend!

These are all gorgeous. The second one is my favorite, but the first is a close second. Your are so great at this...and your quotes are superb. We are to get snow tonight...can you believe that? You all, maybe, but NOT here in VA. Can’t wait to go out in the morning. Hope I am not disappointed. genie

I really like that third image. The tree trunks are kind of snaky looking. Great quotes also!

Oh, good on you for organizing your photos, Sylvia. We are the winners too. And again, can't argue with the wisdom.

I like that last citation very much, and it fitted it photo very well - if you can't get to the birds, then let them decorate all the parallel lines in the photo. Almost like a wall-paper.

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
