Time for "Our World" again! This is a wonderful way to find the beauty, the fun, the good and even the bad things about Our World and to share them! Hope you will join us! Click on the link to go to the Our World site and sign up!! http://ourworldtuesdaymeme.blogspot.com/ This week left a lot to be desired weather wise, but after all it is December so I really can't complain. Besides I had a quick visit from my youngest who was up from Portland for a few hours! Always fun! And I dug through my files and enjoyed remembering those better weather days of yore!! |

Great I love these pics, your sky posts are always amazing! The likes of that first photo I've seen just once in my lifetime in Turkey. For me that scene is so mystical, maybe because we don't have that here in the tropics. By the way, since this morning, i have been waiting for the OWW meme to come up, but I am already about to sleep and it is still not up. Tomorrow morning when i wake up a lot of entries will already be there, hahaha! I guess our time difference doesn't suit my posting time.
Maybe, just maybe someday I will get the chance to see your beautiful world with my own eyes, Slyvia.. think Santa grants wishes to gals that have been a smidgen bad?
Oh, well I just have to wait an see!
Hugs to warm your heart n smiles to cheer your day.

Ever so beautiful, Sylvia. Love the way you seem to get those colours and those wispy clouds in your shots!
This is a lovely look at your world as usual, Sylvia. Wondering if the seagulls are having a discussion about that one crow that is hanging around. :)
Oh, those lovely Washington mountains--they still grab at my heart although we haven't lived there for almost 30 years! Thank you for sharing your world, Sylvia.

Hi Sylvia! Nice to see the beautiful mountains and skies! It's raining here.
Great pictures indeed. Love the white and black birds most. And yes, happiness consits of both colours. Please have a good Tuesday.

Beautiful scenes!
All your shots are so beautiful! I especially like the one with the birds.
All is so true about happiness. I like the view of snow-capped mountain ranges over the sea.
I’m amazed how limitless your friend’s creativeness. What fun and interesting formula! It must be derived from your smiles. Have happy days ahead, Sylvia.

Beautiful shots as always, Sylvia. Sometimes grey skies, rain, and fog can create a wonderful feeling of its own, especially in the trees - I've got a couple of shots from my visit to your area like that. I hope you're having a great week, and give Sam a pat from me and Socks.
Your captures of the skies around and above you are awesome. You have such a fine eye for the perfect shots. The colors and feelings you share are wonderful. You are so very talented. Thank you so much for sharing your photographic art with all of us week after week. genie

Wise words, gently lady. Thanks for the soothing photos that accompany them.
Looks like the gulls are discussing how to regulate the traffic. Great pictures.

Are the seagulls doing Christmas shopping as they gathered on the street, lol !

Last year at this time we had snow ! This year we are still above frost temperatures !
Those last 2 shots get my vote Sylvia - just gorgeous.
Hi there - really like that collection of gulls, and the last shot is rather splendid too.
Seems we were not the only people to miss out on the eclipse - well there is always 2014!!

Oh Sylvia, the snow on the mountains mimics the birds. What a wonderful coupling of photos. Love your skies as well. You really are quite a photographer.

And love the crow and the seagulls too;o)
These colourful views of your world are mesmerising! Smiled when I saw the birds gathered on the road! But especially love the beautiful play of light in reflection and scudding clouds in the last two photos!
