Watery Wednesday

Humor can alter any situation and help us cope at the very instant we are laughing.
Allen Klein

Happy New Year.

The little peek of snow-covered peaks are lovely background against a wonderful watery foreground.

Let is snow, let it snow for one day in New Zealand, not hail like Melbroune. It's been so hot. I got sunburnt yesterday.

Hi Sylvia, I am among those who prefer life with humor, but human existence would be very gray.

Love the snow capped mountains in the first shot Sylvia, it's really way too hot here today 38C and snow would be blissful! Henry Beecher got it so right (but I wonder how funny he would find 38C hahaha!!!)

I so love your photo header. Seems like the savings is a bit bigger hehehe, it makes me laugh when I saw it ^_^> Your photos are awesome Sylvia, we don't have that beautiful sky lately here in Michigan. It is sunny but cold and still not much snow, thanks to God for that hehehe. Thanks for dropping by and have a prosperous New Year!!! ^_^

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
