Oh my gosh Sylvia, the azaleas are spectacular. How fab to sit out in the spring sunshine surrounded by such beauty. Enjoy and think of me here in the rain now, not that I'm complaining (yet!!).

Sorry, I'm so late in returning your visit with me this weekend. It's been another busy time for me and hardly allowing me to be online.

Your flower photos are absolutely stunning as is your 'fire in the sky' image. Well done.

Hi there - that’s a lot of colour for one post!

I'm planning to find some more "Australian Australians" this weekend. It gets dark early enough for a bit of evening marsupial hunting (with a camera!).

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
