From the harbor at sunset to looking up through the trees on Whidbey Island, to the Chihuly Glass Art Museum, the flowers everywhere in spring, I do live in a beautiful world!

All seasons are beautiful for the person who carries happiness
    within.

Lovely captures. We in the northwest are fortunate to experience all the seasons and usually not to extremes. Already I am feeling autumn crunch at my feet as some leaves fell early because of the dry spell in these last weeks of summer. :)

Oh no, Sylvia! I commented once, it appeared three times, I deleted two and now I see there's no comment. Sorry. My original comment:Simply beautiful Sylvia. I hope you get your much-needed rain. Have a great day. Jo.

A beautiful world indeed, Sylvia, and a great series of photos to make up that collage. Have a great week and give Sam a treat and a pat - Socks can't have treats for a few days as he just had a couple of teeth pulled!

Such beautiful pictures. I love the different seasons unfortunately we seem to have all of them in one day sometimes.

What a great mosaic. You really put together some beautiful shots. That sky is heavenly and the flowers remind me of my son's gorgeous yard on Baimbridge. I cannot imagine having a "possible" view of Mt. Ranier from my apartment. That would be heavenly. We were really lucky this year to see it, Mt. Baker, and the Olympics. That was a first. It will be 4 years before we return. In two years they will come east to the Atlantic.genie

You do live in a heavenly beautiful spot and I'd think that from your pictures even if I'd never been there. And I have! Lucky lucky me! Thanks for sharing -- and your pix look way better than mine do!

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
