Beautiful photos! I am amazed at how many wonderful quotes you can find, too. But the pictures are really wonderful!
The first shot is stunning!
Love the whimsical shot of the ducks bottoms! The colors are wonderful and I can just imagine them sitting there planning their day. :)
Both reflection are very cool, but I specially enjoy the one with the two ducks ignoring you... There is a little bit of insolence in the attitude of the birds, it makes me smile.
That one duck seems to be giving you a side-glance. Wonder what it was thinking. As Socrates implied, the more you know, the more you know you don’t know, that is for sure. :)
Gosh, was Socrates smart!! Lovely photos. Enjoy the weekend. Mickie :)
The double-double ducks make me smile! And your beautyful sunset is soooooo beautyful! And your banner is so funny!
Feeling sad? Go and visit Sylvia's blog, you'll feel better immediately! Thank you for those good moments, dear Sylvia!
I love your new header! Socrates certainly knew what he was talking about.
Lol, the ducks are fantastic!
Lovely reflections from the ducks!
I love your header ... great shots for SWF too.
Havve a nice weekend ... hus, Irene
I like your duck couple. What do you think they are talking about? Do they find the water too cold?
I like the ducks! And the quote by Caen. Reminds me of the time when I was in the 9th grade and "in luuuuve!"
My parents and aunt and uncle were sitting around and someone said, "Every dog has its day; Lowell's having his while still a pup!"
I was quite chagrined. :-)
the ducks are standing there like an old couple. Cute! :)
Great reflections! I love the two ducks sitting on the log. Great header too.
:-)
i just LOVE those 2 duck butts!
The ducks are so cute sittin' on that log, just reflecting away!
They look like a couple of old men discussing the state of the world.
your shots are all treasures
I love the ducks
and the header is so cool
hugs from me and Hope
Wonderful captures both, Sylvia, but I do love the one with ducks - it conjures up all sorts of imaginary "conversations" between the two of them....!!
The ducks are a great shot and I adore the composition of it.
Love the pic of the birds reflecting (pun intended)
Oh, the nothing we know!
picture perfect shots...I love the calm and happiness I feel staring at the first photo and the second photo makes me smile and think of my friends near and far....companionship makes life beautiful....I love the quotes as always...another lesson for me to think of in this life...
That's a beautiful sunset, Sylvia!
They look undecided over whether to take a dip or not. :)
Lovely capture.
Brilliant, Sylvia to see you as the pilot or co-pilot of a plane!Have a beautiful flight into the new year! And thank you for your wishes on my blog.
Great pics and bits of wisdom.
Ditto all above Sylvia, the ducks sitting in companionable silence is delightful.
Fabulous shots and reflections. Those ducks look nice and comfy.

I love the ducks photo! It's so so beautiful. And that sunset? Also amazing.
Regards from Barcelona.
Is that why my wisdom teeth came in sideways and I had to get them surgically removed?
