Evening, Wisdom and Beauty!!

A retentive memory may be a good thing, but the ability to forget is the true token of greatness.  Elbert Hubbard
We live in the present, we dream in the future and we learn eternal truths from the past.   Madame Chiang Kai-Shek

Real generosity toward the future lies in giving all to the present.

I, too, love the Camus quote and that picture is just the most gorgeous sky ever. You capture the most beautiful skies from where you are located. They are all heavenly. genie

What a fabulous and creative header! You are so funny!

Monsieur Camus needs to be listened to especially as what he says relates to climate change and global warming or the future for our kids and grandkids will be very bleak!

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
