Thank for your quote of the day! It's very appropriate for my day. It's now 8:15 am and in 4 hours my daughter and children will arrive at Schiphol airport. I will be here in my house waiting for them to arrive by taxi. In the meantime I will buy several last minute articles. They will be very tired. Saturday we will celebrate my 80th birthday with neighbours and friends of the church. I wish you a great week, Sylvia!
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.

Greetings from Holland.
Now that you're saying it I'm going to need a miracle today.
