Happy Sunday!!

Wishing all of you a very beautiful and peaceful Sunday!!

How strange that Nature does not knock, and yet, does not intrude!  Emily Dickinson

I do want to thank all of you for being so supportive of this "whiny old broad"!  There have been problems with posting, but I do suspect most of them have to do with my age and not Blogger!!  But I'm still having fun and each of you make it all SO worthwhile!!  You've made a wonderful difference in these late years and you are appreciated more than I can say!!

That mountain looks gorgeous bathed in orange. I have problems with Blogger too Sylvia, I don't think it's you, I think it's blogger!

...glitches with Google are about the only things that have me cussing like a sailor. It makes me want to throw things. Scary that. Most of the time I am trying not to walk on ants...

What an incredible photo; smog has to be good for something, right?!

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
