I think I'm a happy person, but maybe I don't have enough inner happiness, because I am happier not having to go through cold and rainy winters. But if (when) I have to be there again, I will get used to it and learn to love it!

Those flowers are tantalizing since we are expecting more snow and icy rain on this Sunday. The day has been bright and sunny, though cold, but tonight, once again, we get slammed. Sunsets are beautiful any time of the year ... so peaceful. Thanks Sylvia for the beautiful shots.

I am one (of the few) who really love winter.. Even the drab colors are amazing!!! SO--I'll agree that all seasons are beautiful (well, maybe not the heat of summer)... ha ha

Hugs,
Betsy

I delighted in the beauty that surrounded me on the golf course this morning. It was quite cold, but warmed up with the sun and turned out to be a glorious day. Hope your day was as good and that this is the start of a wonderful week!

Cherry blossom and a glowing sky. What a wonderful combination.

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
